The Chatter Box
A multidisciplinary therapeutic services business providing services in Crestwood, Ky. and all surrounding areas. The Chatter Box began as a vision to meet the needs of children and parents from the experiences of being a parent of a child with significant therapeutic needs. It is our hope to meet the needs of both the child and family with quality speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy services as well as education and support programs.
Our current facility is a modified home in an effort to render our services in the most natural and comfortable setting possible. We have a large and small play/therapy area, full kitchen, office space, and outdoor play equipment.
